Not satisfied with your order? No problem – you can return your items within 14 days .

📅 Return period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

📦 Conditions

• Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition.
• The return is free of charge for you – we will cover the shipping costs.

🔁 How the return works

1. Send us an email to service@amederue.de with your order number.
2. We will send you a free return label via email.
3. You print it out, stick it on the package and drop it off at a shipping point.

💰 Refund

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to pay – within a few days of receiving your return.
